Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann

YOOUUUUU~~ Bringing you updates on a busy day, tiring week!! Rain or shine, day or night! ...By the way, post title is totally irrelevant.

Overview, tiring tiring week. Not enough sleep. On the verge of getting sick every day, trust me, it's worse than really getting it. Messed up lessons, and pure maths test. gah. =/ It's like a constructive interference of troughs, real neat.

Found out from Dhivya that a person can just wake up laughing, all you have to do is just dream about Wei Wen walking, fast forwarded. Guaranteed to freak out whoever who is sharing your room. (Dhivya, I pity your roommate if you have one lol)

Friday, class party for Teacher's Day. Here's what we planned to give our lecturers, as discussed by the Council of PE1 Elders. (Wei Wen, Shyu Fei, Ewee and me)
Mr Lai-Comb
Mr Peter-Sunglasses
Mr Wong-A metal bob tied to a thread, so he can swing it around
Mr Chan-A rusted metal wire
Mrs Ray-Packet of instant coffee
Mrs Brooke-Green pens
But in the end it proved too difficult to gather some stuffs. (Like, where do i get a metal bob anyway -_-".) We wanted to "borrow" one from the lab, but Wei Wen the Honest veto-ed.

So yeah.. In the end, Mr Peter got his Dunkin' Doughnuts. 9 of them. Yes, 9. Actually, it's going to take Mr Peter approximately 6,588.79 hours to finish them. (Average shelf life of these flour-with-holes is 168 hours) Thank Jian Wen for them anyways. (Btw, who wants to get Mr Peter sunglasses for his birthday-one of the 31 days of August) Mr Wong and Mr Chan failed to get their original presents as well, due to technical difficulty in securing a metal-bob-tied-to-a-thread and a rusted metal wire, and also the power held by the Treasurer (shh..). Both of them got a notebook which looks exactly the same. Mrs Brooke got her green pens and a card denouncing the way of red pens. Thanks Jolyn for the notebooks and the pens. I bought Mrs Ray's Starbuck's hot Cappuccino, and Eng Wee designed a cool cup coaster made out of cardboard for her. When Mrs Ray asked me if her cappuccino is without sugar, I reflexively answered yes and she was so happy about it LOL. (Sry Mrs Ray, didn't want to burst your happy bubble. Oh, and the 1kg gained aint got nothin to do with me~) Also bought Mr Lai's comb and hair gel, thanks Eng Wee again for the ugugu (no words to describe, that it) deco of the gift. Apparently my observation of the stiffness & glossiness & whatever-ness of Mr Lai's hair was accurate, the gel I bought for him is the one he is using now hohoho.

Err lets see.., thanks Eng Wee and Matthew for the last minute production of Mrs Ray's cup coaster and Mrs Brooke's card. (Too bad no photos of them were taken) Extra thanks to Wei Wen and Lai too, for delivering our Domino Pizza and Matthew for the buy-1-free-1 card. (Kudos to Lai for being able to keep up with WWW-Wei Wen's Windwalk) All of them missed a whole chunk of Physics class. I guess that's everyone. (Side info: PE1 is officially in debt, who says Malaysia is unaffected by the global economic crisis huh?)

(FOOD!!)

(Mr Chan didn't notice the ninja behind him lol)

(The ninja showed herself!! Lecturers United: Mrs Rayvathy-Econs, Mr Peter-Pure Maths, Mr Lai-Maths, Mr Chan-Physics, Mrs Brooke-Thinking Skills, note: descendant of Raja Putih Sarawak(MANA RENTAPP!!), and Mr Wong-Mechanics)

(Joustling for pizza~)
(Selva the bully hogging the pizza for himself)(Norman's the sorcerer, and Liko the crystal ball)(Mrs Ray and her Starbuck's Coffee, and Mr Chan)
Most of the class.

After that we rushed to Sunway Pyramid for movies. (We=Ding, Selva and me) Went to Laksa Shack for lunch and ordered Lonton Johor. Guess what, they boiled the egg first then fry it. The egg yolk looked like a fishball lol. Yeah it was all funny till I tasted the thing from hell. Tasted like dog shit. (No metaphor intended, and forgive me for the bad language) Ask Selva for the details, I managed to scam him to eat that hell spawn, and I swear his face turned green. The next time you go Sunway, try it. (Remember to order 3 glasses of iced lemon tea beforehand.)

(The evil egg yolk and it's minion)

After that, Lai got us tickets for Angels and Demons. (The subtitle was: "Antara Malaikat dan Jin", gave the theater a good laugh hohoho, apparently the subbers are acquiring a good sense of humour) Well another thing, the film reel melted. Yes, during the trailer of some 3rd class movie. I thought it was the special effect at 1st ahaha. The film stopped and you can see something like caramel melting on the screen..., with bubbles. Oh ya, met a whole buncha PM9 people there as well. Next movie was "Star Trek". Now I know Vulcans learn economics and moral studies also lol. Took dinner at Sushi Zanmai, nice dinner. Lai drove us back, keep kena his dad scold haha.

(Salmon and scallop sushi)
(Ding's salmon sushi set)

(Bird's eye view)
(Ding moved at the speed of light!)
(Joey and his RM140 water bottle)

Saturday:
Woke up 6.30am for jungle trekking at Bukit Gasing. Thanks Lai, Norman and Lik Ho for the donation to the Thirsty Jungle Trekkers Fund, your portion of 100Plus tasted extra sweet. :)
Took a group photo and started the trek, Mr Lai leading. You know, Mr Lai suddenly so man-man. (Cough..Ms Cindy..was there...COUGH) Got easy road, he chose the road not taken, and almost fell into the stream (*muffled laughs*). But he's one good trekker, there there Mr Lai, don't emo la. Trekking is really fun, the weather was good, and we've got a fun crowd. Met Mr Chan and his kids on the way. Apparently it was his first time there, coincidence woo!! Well, his sons are super duper hyperactive (basically yes, kanak-kanak Ribenna). And they are well trained in the art of hurting man hohoho (ouch..). We chose a slightly longer and difficult route, with a small suspension bridge. Bunch of girls got shouted by a pak cik (OI DON'T PLAY ON THE BRIDGE LAR!!) because they were playing "London Bridge is Falling Down" on the bridge LOL. The exit of the trek was...*sweat* We exited out some small alley between huge houses with their own guard houses $_$..
All in all, good exercise, good fun, no leeches thanks Mr Chan, saw Mr Lai act man-man, met two king scouts and therefore time well spent.

Memories:

(Mr Lai Man Man)
(I look pelik)
(Mr Chan & kids)

Arrived back at TUCMC, watched basketball 3v3, went home, slept for 8 hours. (OMGOMG where did my Saturday go *sobs*)

Sunday:
Nothing much, totally unprepared for Stats test and Econs quiz.

Long and tedious post, here a cookie for those of you who actually read it all. *Hands out Chips More's*

PS: Try pronouncing "Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann" in Tamil slang, you'll get addicted ahahaha.
