On That Sparkling Day

I'll make a guess. The sky also wants to win Miss Universe 2009. That would certainly explain the more than splendid weather today. Amazing cloud formation with strong radiance, and a strong wind to whip up the clouds into ever changing display of shapes. Has to be one of the very best weather I'd experienced since coming to Subang Jaya.

Clouds are around 1km nearer the ground, heavy and fluffy, a stark contrast to the piercing blue just some distance higher. Makes you think that you are examining a painting. I held up my hand and could actually feel the clouds, such is the strength of deception of the sky today. Even the ground cannot completely hide it's face, shadowy hues of cloudy shapes where less photons reflect off the surface permeates the many defences. With patience, you can see the dance of the clouds above, manipulated by the counter intuitive speed of the wind which could go up to 200km/h, and certainly more today. Just like how a puppeteer does his trick, one hand controlling the puppets and another playing musics, the wind shows off her talents, dancing with the clouds and playing it's unique symphony.

PS: Can't help it, really spectacular weather today. And I love the sky and anything that comes with it, with the exception of maybe bird crap.

When You Pump Beats Down Your Spine

Taylor's Dance Arena, that is. Saturday, 7pm, outdoor basketball court.

Started around 8pm. There were around 10 crews, one girl soloed. Most of them were good, RM15 ticket was worth it. A delay after the second crew, reckon something blew up. Show went on track after an hour (I think) of repairs. Met Leong there, his Kelantan friends performed.

Was a good event, the audio quality, superb. Saw some really awesome moves, saw a head spin with helmet on lol, girl who got groped (totally), dances with cardboard, paper bags. Energy skyrocketed when the dance floor opened to let judges decide the winner. Individuals from both participants and audience showed off their talents. Never knew so many audiences were dancers as well. Taylor's was high with the music and hot curves. (I really have to highlight the unusual number of hot chicks gathered there lol.

After-event party was crazy. Music blasted, I can hear it as far as Pappa Rich when I headed home, and that's with my numbed ears. Wei Kuang/Devva's "girlfriend" was there too, heh.

1st prize winner - Nasty Nerds. 2nd went to Cookie Monster. 3rd, I forgot who they were and what they performed by the prize giving ceremony.

I didn't manage to capture a lot of good photos, cause I was mesmerized during the best parts haha, but here's what I got. (A total of 860MB, including 4 videos.)

On That Tiring Day.

Before I start on today, let's revisit yesterday.

-Went out for dinner at Long Kee with Ding Zai, Joey, Shyu Fei and Leong. Long time no eat, really sedap. Price also expensive, luckily we spread out the cost. Shyu Fei actually became richer after dinner hurm.
-I really don't know why, but the usual Haagen Dazs ice-cream fridge at 7/11 suddenly felt so tempting. Got myself a strawberry (Nothing to do with KnK, uh..maybe..).
-Watched Secret by Jay Chou, the movie jammed right at the end, guh.

Precious-once-every-six-months Häagen-Dazs Strawberry.
Shiki anyone?

Ding Zai's secret stash. His HD was choco flavor.
Step 1: Open the lid.
Step 2: Enjoy the hue and fragrance, lolwut.
Step 3: Eat it fast while Jay's mumbling.

-Woke up late again today. Think I woke up on the wrong side of the bed, felt really shitty for the whole day. Luckily it rained again. Fresh air and ARIA makes one's stress go away. I saw something quite unusual though. There was this patch of sky that's kinda colourful, reckon it's some kinda elaborated rainbow without leprechauns to hold the shape. It's hard to describe, but there's where my digital cam comes in handy, although the pictures are kinda dim. (Sky was SUNNY, with rainclouds behind)
-Skipped dinner.
-Chemistry practical, and trials coming up, gogo~ (Wasted 4 hours on games, another 2 hours uploading the pics, zz)

There.
And another one.
Can you spot it?
The "rainbow" appeared on top on this cloud. (See top right.)
Looks like the alien mothership from "Independence Day".

Random sunset.

PS: Internet is really slow. Will disconnect about every half an hour, lowyar piece of crap. D:<

Mind Blasting

Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari- Supercell.
Bakemonogatari ED01

Awesome. Grab you headphones.

Translated lyrics:
Like always, on that day
suddenly stood up and said
“Tonight, lets go Stargazing!”

“Oh, you sometimes have great ideas huh!”
everyone said as they laughed.
Like idiots, we just frolicked and walked
on the dark road
as not to be crushed by loneliness
nor anxiety.

As we looked up from this dark world,
the night sky looked like it would drop the stars!

Since when I wonder,
since when have I been
chasing after you?
Please, please
don’t be surprised, listen
to these feelings of mine.

“That’s Deneb, Altair, Vega…”
you said as you pointed at The Summer Triangle.
As I looked at the sky,
I finally found Orihime-sama,
but where is Hikoboshi-sama I wonder?
Isn’t she lonely?

As I stood next to you who was enjoying himself,
I stood there unable to say anything…

The truth is, I somehow
understood my feelings for you.
“I found it”
But it won’t tell you…
This is no good…don’t cry,
I told myself.

I acted tough, but the cowardly me
pretended like I didn’t have an interest…
However,
that just increased the pain stabbing at by heart.
Aah, I see, this is what it means
to fall in love.

“Try saying to me ‘What’s wrong?’”
my heart tries to tell you that,
but being next to you is fine…
really is so cruel…

I didn’t say it,
I couldn’t say it,
I can’t go back now…

That summer day,
those glittering stars,
I remember them even now.
Your smiling face,
your angry face,
I loved them all.
Weird isn’t it?
Even though I understood it all…
You don’t know about this,
it’s a secret only I know.
I pass the nights,
the you from my distant memories
points your finger at the stars
with such an innocent voice.

STRESSED=DESSERTS

Words of wisdom gained from Cheh Klyn's MSN message. Haven't updated for some time. Incessant demands of a college student's life hinder one's blogging activity. Been busy studying, lying around, lazing, studying again...

Forgotten what happened for the past 2 weeks. Truthfully, I did not remember anything from the past month, 4 weeks of my life passed just like that. Seems like some major macro-enthropy happened somewhere.

Slept through today's 1st half of class. Luckily didn't miss much except for physics practical. Missed carnival though, pity. It's the rainy season now at Subang, raining all night and evening. Gotta love it, it chases away the stubborn haze that had been sticking around for the past week. And the night breeze is heavenly. Now I'm in this place, all these small blessings that once was taken for granted are palpable. Love the cool night breeze weeeee!!

PS: Will post some photos after I edit.
PSS: I changed my blog's song to Rainbow by Round Table feat. Nino, hope you like it. Good stuff if you watch the full screen. =p Till next time~
