My group consists of 6 ambassadors (Nicholas, Wilson, Andrew, Ee Leng, *can't remember sorry* and me) and 11 minions. Brought them around campus, library and The Web. Being a tour guide feels fun hohohoo. Did Biology, Chemistry and Physics experiments in 1.5 hour, kudos to those who finished it with accurate results. For Bio, Visking tubing thingy, iodine goes in and made the thing blue-black. Chemistry..., titration of something with something else. Shake the mixture, it becomes clear and you are done. Physics, connect a circuit and prove that a light bulb is not an ohmic conductor. Found out from Ee Leng that semester 1 Chemistry is not really very tough. (Might want to switch to Chemistry next sem) Also found out she's quite friendly and easy to talk to. Maybe a book can be judged from it's cover after all huh? Well, some books I guess.
Lunch at cafeteria. Wished that Taylor's could supply food like this everyday lol. It was a mini buffet, food quality was good. After that was Economics, Thinking Skills and Numbers (wonder what it was, Selva and I wasn't there then). ExploreRace after that, kononnya ExploreRace. Just a bunch of students running around asking for information about Taylor's. Though it rained right when it started, and spiced things up a little. Chilled out a while with the ambassadors from PE4 (Pei Wen, Yu Li, Ee Leng and Xin Leng) in MPH. It was too cold in there, so we went out and talked about future careers with Angela from PL2. Now I know only 6 people in the whole A-Levels are taking Literature. Some random photos I took after the ExploreRace:
Small part of the horde.
The thing was pretty fun, and I got to know a few more people. Sacrificed almost a whole day of class, but it was worthwhile for me. Oh and I feel sorry for those poor people who did the ExploreRace in the rain and getting freezed in MPH right after. Hope you guys won't catch a flu right at the beginning of your holidays lol. Peace. =p
